Along with our internet booking service, we ensure all tickets booked via the internet are secured for passengers and follow up on any internet based enquiries. Our reservations team ensure there is always someone available to help you with your travel plans and bookings with operating hours of 0600 - 2200 Monday to Saturday and 0800 - 2000 on Sunday. We are available for contact face to face or over the phone for booking enquiries. As part of our service to our customers, we ensure all reservations are processed and confirmed and are responsible for the allocation of seats on each flight.We ensure our level of customer service is high and we treat every customer as a VIP ensuring nothing but the highest satisfaction.
