CORPORATE ADVANTAGE (Q)

Flight and date changes are permitted at any time up 1hour prior to departure and no change fee is payable. If the fare for the new booking is higher than the original fare, the difference in fare must be paid at the time of changing the booking. Name changes are permitted at any time free of charge. Re-routing is permitted. An administration fee of PGK110.00 for tickets priced in PGK or AUD50.00 for tickets priced in AUD will apply if the ticket is re-routed plus any difference, if applicable, between the fare for the new booking and the original fare. Where the new fare is less than the original fare paid, the difference may be refunded or used as payment towards the administration fee. The fare is fully refundable up to 14 days after the scheduled departure time (a refund administration fee of PGK110.00 or AUD50.00 per passenger applies) or the amount may be held in credit for further travel for up to 12 months from the date of issue of the original ticket. Full payment must be made within 24 hours of making the booking. Failure to check in by the deadline, or not showing up for the flight (no show) will incur a fee of PGK165.00 or AUD85.00 per passenger payable at the time of rebooking, or deducted from any refundable fare amount. Rebooking after no show must occur within 14 days. Children (2-11 years) pay 75% of the full adult fare. Infants (under 2 years) who do not occupy a seat, travel free of charge. Infants occupying a seat pay 75% of the full adult fare.

FLEXI FARE (L/T)

Flight and date changes are permitted up to 1 hour prior to departure. The new fare must be of equal or higher value than the original fare. A change fee of PGK110.00 for tickets priced in PGK or AUD50.00 for tickets priced in AUD will apply for each passenger for each flight segment changed plus any difference, if applicable, between the fare for the new booking and the original fare. The change fee and any difference in fare must be paid at the time of changing the booking. The original fare remains non-refundable. Name changes are permitted for a fee of PGK110 for tickets priced in PGK or AUD50 for tickets priced in AUD. The fee applies for each name change and is payable at the time of the change. Re-routing is not permitted. The fare is not refundable but the amount may be held in credit for further travel for up to 12 months from the date of issue of the original ticket.  Full payment must be made within 24 hours of making the booking. Failure to check in by the deadline, or not showing up for the flight (no show) will incur a fee of PGK165.00 or AUD85.00 per passenger in addition to a change fee, payable at the time of rebooking. VALUE FARE (V/B)

THE WILD FARE (W)

Flight and date changes are not permitted. Failure to check in for the flight by the deadline, or not showing up for the flight (no show) will result in loss of the fare. Name changes are not permitted. The fare is non–refundable. Re-routing is not permitted. Full payment must be made at the time of booking. Children (2-11 years) pay the full adult fare. Infants (under 2 years) who do not occupy a seat, travel free of charge. Infants occupying a seat pay the full adult fare.

CAPACITY LIMITATIONS                            

The carrier shall limit the number of passengers carried on any one flight at fares governed by these rules and some fares will not necessarily be available on all flights. The number of seats which the carrier shall make available at these fares on a given flight will be determined by the best judgement of the carrier.
